RETURNS POLICY

Purchases from our physical shop

Products purchased from our physical store can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they meet the inspection criteria of our technical department.

The product must be returned to our store together with the original purchase receipt.

After inspection by our Technical Department within a reasonable time, and if the following criteria are met, the customer may either exchange the product with another product of equal value or receive a store voucher for the value of the purchase.

Criteria:
The original packaging includes all products and accessories • The original packaging, product and accessories are not damaged or deformed • The product has not been used

The customer has the right to carefully open the packaging and inspect the product to determine its nature, characteristics and function. However, if during inspection it is found that the product has been used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, or if the packaging, accessories, or product have been damaged by the customer, the company reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Refunds in cash are not provided.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

This policy does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods in accordance with the Sale of Goods Law of 2021 (Law 154(I)/2021) of the Republic of Cyprus.
