Hardwire for permanent installation allows to use the parking mode of the dash camera, so that the camera is powered by the vehicle battery, while the ignition is off. HW CAB does not use a cigarette slot in the interior of the vehicle, which remains free and all wiring is installed hidden. The battery voltage is monitored and the dash camera is disconnected if the voltage drops below the minimum limit (set in the dash camera menu).
