Toyota Terios – KENWOOD 9” Multimedia & ALPINE Speaker Installation
The Toyota Terios received a complete multimedia and car audio upgrade, featuring the KENWOOD DMX-80AXS 9-inch multimedia receiver, ALPINE S2-S65C component speakers, and a rear-view camera.
This installation combines modern smartphone connectivity, improved sound quality, and enhanced reversing visibility, making everyday driving more convenient and enjoyable.
KENWOOD DMX-80AXS – 9” Multimedia Receiver
The Toyota Terios was upgraded with the KENWOOD DMX-80AXS, a 9-inch multimedia receiver designed to provide a modern and user-friendly infotainment experience.
With Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the driver can easily access navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze, enjoy music from compatible streaming services, and make hands-free phone calls directly from the touchscreen.
The large 9-inch display offers excellent visibility and convenient access to essential multimedia functions.
Rear-View Camera Installation
To improve convenience when parking and reversing, a rear-view camera was installed and integrated with the KENWOOD multimedia system.
When reverse gear is selected, the camera automatically displays the area behind the vehicle on the 9-inch touchscreen.
This feature provides additional visibility and helps the driver manoeuvre more confidently, particularly in tight parking spaces.
ALPINE S2-S65C – 6.5” Component Speaker Upgrade
To complement the new multimedia receiver, the Toyota Terios was also equipped with ALPINE S2-S65C 6.5-inch component speakers.
Part of the ALPINE S-Series, these speakers feature separate woofers and tweeters designed to deliver clear vocals, detailed high frequencies, and balanced sound reproduction.
The component speaker system enhances the overall listening experience, offering improved clarity and more dynamic audio performance compared with a typical factory speaker setup.
Toyota Terios Multimedia & Sound System Upgrade
The completed Toyota Terios multimedia installation brings together three essential improvements: modern connectivity, enhanced audio quality, and greater reversing convenience.
With the KENWOOD DMX-80AXS 9-inch multimedia receiver, ALPINE S2-S65C component speakers, and an integrated rear-view camera, this Toyota Terios now offers a more modern and enjoyable driving experience.
A practical combination of multimedia technology, quality sound, and everyday functionality.
